With my unique executive experience as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of a manufacturing conglomerate, I’ve amassed practical knowledge leading M&A legal activities, navigating board relations/governance, managing shareholder relations and addressing corporate matters.

- 10 years of non-profit board experience serving on boards such as the Allegheny GoatScape and Farmington Valley Visiting Nurses Association
